Customers serviced out of our Kansas Facility will experience cancelled service Monday, January 6, 2025 and Tuesday, January 7, 2025 due to severe winter weather conditions. We plan to resume regular service Wednesday, January 8, 2025. Those affected by the cancelled service will have service resume on Monday, January 13, 2025 with any extra waste collected at no additional cost.

• Customers serviced out of Bethel Heights (NWA or Northwest Arkansas), Atkins, Greenbriar (Mayflower), and Topeka Hauling: We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. Routes will run a day later than usual following the holiday (e.g., Thursday routes will run Friday, and Friday routes will run Saturday).

• Customers serviced out of Harrison Hauling: We will be operating as usual on Thanksgiving Day. Please set your trash and recycling out on your normal scheduled day for timely pick-up.

·        Monday routes will be picked up on Tuesday, September 3

·        Tuesday routes will be picked up on Wednesday, September 4

·        Wednesday routes will be picked up on Thursday, September 5

·        Thursday routes will be picked up on Friday, September 6

·        Friday routes will be picked up on Saturday, September 7

Services will not be delayed the week of Labor Day for customers in Central Illinois (Doty), Central Arkansas, and Northern Arkansas.

Routes will run a day later than usual following the holiday. Service will resume on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.   Customers Serviced Out of all other Arkansas Facilities Pick-up dates will remain the same for all customers.

Date: Monday, January 20, 2025 & Tuesday, January 21, 2025   Impacted Location: Westville, IN   Portables Customers Serviced in Westville, IN On Monday, January 20, 2025, portables service is cancelled in observation of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Portables service will also be cancelled on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, with temperatures expected to drop below zero degrees. Service will resume on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 and all Monday & Tuesday pickups will be done throughout the remainder of the week.
